Students will form an area of concentration in Coaching and Mentoring by completing the 6 credits from the area above.

Complete ALL of the following Courses:
  • LTD544
  • LTD649

Students will form an area of concentration in Adult Education by completing the 6 credits from the area above.

Earn at least 6 credits from the following:
  • MBA580
  • BUS635

Students will form an area of concentration in Organizational Leadership by completing any combination of 6 credits in the courses listed above.
Students can take BUS635 for 3 credits and MBA580 for 3 credits, or they can complete 6 credits of MBA580.
*Please note that MBA580 can only be taken through Midland University partners, which requires permission.
