VPMC - Project Management Certificate

This graduate certificate in project management provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage projects. Students will learn to develop project plans, identify risks and resources, and effectively manage teams and stakeholders. The program includes interactive learning activities, case studies, and hands-on practice to help students develop the practical skills needed to successfully manage projects. Upon completion, students will be well-equipped to lead projects from start to finish. Specifically, students will be able to:
1. Analyze complex operations and business processes using appropriate methodologies and tools.
2. Create and implement effective project management plans, taking into account project constraints and stakeholders.
3. Evaluate corporate strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Apply six sigma, lean, agile, and other process management & improvement methodologies to a project to maximize efforts.
